Our services are primarily digital and performance-based, and include strategy, creative production, campaign setup, optimization, communication management, and technical implementation. Because work often starts immediately after onboarding, refund eligibility depends on delivery stage and completed effort.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
- Full refund may be considered if cancellation is requested before any strategic or production work begins.
- Partial refund may be considered if some work has started, based on documented milestones and hours completed.
- No refund is available for fully delivered services or completed project phases approved by the client.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed strategy sessions, audits, or consultation calls.
- Ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Third-party tools, subscriptions, domains, hosting, or software charges.
- Completed creative assets delivered to the client.
- Monthly service periods already rendered.
6. Refund Request Timeframe
Clients must submit refund requests within 7 calendar days of the relevant payment date or service milestone delivery, whichever applies. Requests made after this period may not be eligible unless required by applicable law.

After approval, refund processing is initiated promptly. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution. For PayPal transactions, posting time depends on PayPal and the recipient account status.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of services and submission of service evidence, communication history, and delivery records during dispute resolution.
10. Subscription and Retainer Services
For recurring monthly services, cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle. Fees already billed for an active cycle are generally non-refundable once service work for that cycle has started.
